Who we are

MuralLabs operates this website from Houston, Texas.

You can reach us at [email protected] or (346) 824-4839. We do not publish a street address, legal-entity registration details, or additional contact methods on this site.

Information you provide through the quote form

The quote form on the Contact page asks for your name, email address, phone number, project ZIP code, optional space type, optional artwork width and height, optional dimension unit, and a description of your idea. If you opened the form from the gallery, the form may also include a visual inspiration reference: a gallery item identifier and its title.

The form includes a hidden field used only to reduce automated spam. We do not ask you to fill that field.

When you submit the form, the browser also sends technical request details used to process the inquiry: a one-time submission identifier, the time you started the form, the page you submitted from, the first page you opened in that visit, the referring website if the browser provided one, and any campaign parameters that were already in the page address (such as utm_source). These values are used to understand how you reached the form and to process the request. They are not sent to Google Analytics.

Submitting the form means you agree that MuralLabs may contact you by phone or email about your project. The form does not currently include a separate analytics-consent checkbox.

Why we collect quote-form information

We use quote-form information to respond to your request, prepare a preliminary estimate or project discussion, review the wall and artwork details you shared, reduce spam and abuse, and operate the form reliably.

We do not use the quote form to create an online account or to take payment.

Information that can appear in page links

Some links on the site add project context to the Contact page address. That context can include a space type, a gallery inspiration identifier, and optional estimate dimensions. Those values can appear in the browser address bar and in our first-party quote attribution storage.

The site does not place your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, or project description in page URLs.

Hosting, security, and technical data

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process standard technical data needed to deliver pages, protect the site, and operate the quote endpoint. That can include your IP address, request headers, timestamps, and similar connection information.

The quote form is submitted to a first-party /api/quote endpoint implemented as a Cloudflare Pages Function. That function checks the request, applies a basic rate limit, and, when the submission is valid, forwards it to a form-processing service so we can receive and review the request.

We do not publish the destination of that processing service in the website source. It is used only to deliver quote requests to MuralLabs.

Analytics

MuralLabs uses Google Analytics 4 only after you accept analytics. If you have not accepted, the Google tag is not loaded, analytics requests are not sent, and the site does not set Google Analytics cookies.

If you accept, Google Analytics may collect typical usage information such as page path, approximate location derived by Google, device and browser information, and the custom events described below. Advertising storage and ad personalization remain denied because this site does not use Google Ads.

We do not send quote-form field values, webhook contents, phone numbers, email addresses, ZIP codes, dimensions, project descriptions, or full URLs with query strings to Google Analytics.

Google Maps

The Service Areas page embeds a Google Maps iframe so you can see the general Houston-area coverage. Google provides that embed and may collect information according to Google’s own terms and privacy policy when the map loads. The site does not use the Google Maps JavaScript API or a Maps API key.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses first-party local storage to remember your analytics choice after you accept or reject non-essential analytics.

The site uses first-party session storage to keep quote-attribution details for the current browser session, such as the first page you opened, the referring website, and campaign parameters. That information is included with a quote submission so we can understand how the request started. It is not used to load Google Analytics.

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga. Those cookies are not created before you accept. You can change or withdraw analytics consent through Cookie Preferences in the footer.

Service providers

We use service providers only as needed to host the website, process quote requests, provide security, and, after consent, measure site usage. Today that includes Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery, security, and the quote endpoint; a form-processing service that receives quote submissions; and Google for optional Analytics and the Maps embed on the Service Areas page.

We do not sell personal information. We do not operate online accounts or online payments on this website.

How long we keep information

We keep quote-form information and related project correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond to the inquiry, maintain ordinary business records, protect the site against abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not publish a fixed deletion schedule because the needed period depends on the inquiry and any later project discussion.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, including HTTPS, security headers, and access controls on the quote endpoint. No website or transmission is completely secure, and we do not claim an absolute security guarantee.

Your choices and rights

You can accept or reject analytics, and you can withdraw analytics consent later through Cookie Preferences. Closing the banner without making a choice is not treated as consent, and analytics remains off.

You may email or call us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you provided through the quote form. We may need to confirm the request and retain information when we are required to do so for security, business records, or legal reasons.

Children

This website is intended for adults considering a wall-printing project. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through the form, contact us and we will review the request.

External links

The site may link to third-party websites, including Google services. Those sites have their own privacy practices. This policy applies only to murallabstx.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the website, the quote form, or our service providers change. The effective date at the top of the page will be updated when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised policy applies to later visits.
