Using the website

The website is provided for information about MuralLabs wall-printing services in the Houston area. It does not create a construction contract, print contract, or other binding project agreement by itself.

Quote requests are not a contract

Sending a quote request through the contact form is an inquiry, not an accepted order and not a binding agreement. MuralLabs may review the request, ask for more information, or decline a project.

The final scope, artwork, surface preparation, schedule, price, and payment terms are determined only in a separate written agreement for that project.

Estimates and published ranges

The online calculator and any published price ranges are preliminary estimates for planning. They are not a guaranteed price, a formal bid, or a promise that a wall can be printed for that amount.

A project-specific quote depends on artwork, wall condition, access, location, preparation, and other details reviewed after you contact us.

Artwork and intellectual property

If you provide images, logos, artwork, or other materials, you are responsible for having the right to use them for the project. You should not send material that you do not have permission to reproduce.

The website’s text, photographs, videos, layout, and other MuralLabs content are protected. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse that content for another commercial service without permission.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site to submit false information, interfere with the quote form or security controls, attempt unauthorized access, or otherwise misuse the website.

Third-party links and Google Maps

The site may include links to third-party websites. Those destinations are not controlled by MuralLabs.

The Service Areas page includes a Google Maps embed provided by Google. Use of that map is subject to Google’s terms.

Website availability

We aim to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every feature will remain unchanged.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MuralLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or from reliance on information published on the website.

This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not change any written project agreement you later sign with MuralLabs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without creating additional dispute procedures beyond what applicable law already provides.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service. The effective date at the top of the page will change when we do. Later visits are subject to the updated terms.
